Processing & Delivery Time

- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4-9 business days (Processing + Shipping).
- Orders placed after 2 PM on a business day will be processed the next business day at 9 AM.
Wrong Address Disclaimer & Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:
- Customers must pay for reshipping.
- To update an address, contact [email protected] within 12 hours of placing an order.
📦 For signature-required orders that return to our warehouse, contact us for reshipment options (additional shipping fees may apply).
Lost & Delayed Shipments
🚨 If your tracking has no updates for 5+ business days, contact [email protected], and we will investigate within 48 hours.
📦 For lost packages:
- We will work with the carrier to find a resolution.
- If the carrier confirms a loss, we will issue a full refund or reshipment.
🚨 If package theft is suspected, we require a police report before processing refunds or reshipments.
Damaged Shipments & Returns

📦 If a package is refused without our authorization, customers will be responsible for all shipping charges.
